Step 1. Make a Heart Shape using the Custom Shape Tool
Step 2. Add these special effects on to it, with numbers equal or similar to these
Step 3. Turn into Frame Animation, duplicate frame, and adjust the second frame to look similar to this. Then choose the tweening option to make the frames in between lead up to the frame you created. Duplicate the first frame, move it to the front, and tween again.
Step 4. Add background and ribcage
